Over 50 exhibitors with the very best of New Zealand’s Artisan chocolatiers, coffee roasters and producers of amazing tasty treats, the big names through to new craft businesses will be there to bring you an entertaining day to remember!

Our amazing Masterclass experiences with NZ's leading Chocolate and Coffee gurus return as does the Chocolate & Coffee Lounge.

And of course there will loads of samples and show specials to get your tastebuds tingling!

Masterclass: The Art & Science of Coffee Extraction with La Marzocco Home - Are you curious about what makes espresso taste so good?

Join La Marzocco Home for a masterclass that unlocks the key parameters that influence the extraction of a balanced espresso and how each variable affects the end result. Take a deeper look into the processes involved in brewing coffee and gain valuable insights into the "how" and "why" behind a perfectly crafted cup, as well as the pitfalls of reckless preparation.

​Running Saturday & Sunday at 11:00AM and 2:00PM (60 minute sessions), $40 per person - General admission ticket to the Festival is also required as this is not included in the masterclass ticket.


Masterclass: Harvest, ferment to capturing aroma and flavour in the liquid - Chocolate and wine have a huge amount in common.

Join Erica Crawford of Loveblock Wines in a tasting matching four wines, from a delicate white to a heady red with chocolates of Aotearoa that tell the shared tale of fragrance and finesse in fine chocolates and fine wines. You will also be the first to taste a new wine just -  bottled -  to be labelled or released until the new year. An organic wine that Erica has found a chocolate match for. The perfect match? Join us and decid. Hosted by Timothy Giles, wine and hospitality educator, This is an interactive tasting experience.
