Let’s celebrate the start of Spring with an incredible Champagne dinner not to be missed. Lovers of Champagne unite with Bivacco’s Executive Chef Chris Rendell and the prestigious house of Moet & Chandon combining their expertise for an exceptional evening on the Bivacco Verandah. 

At this unique dining event you will be treated to a four course custom menu accompanied by the Moët & Chandon "Grand Vintage'' Collection, for a grandiose tasting moment. Dean O'Reilly, Moët & Chandon ambassador is traveling to New Zealand to celebrate this incredible champagne. Dean will take you through the latest vintages of this prestigious range including the 2015 Grand Reserve and 2013 Grand Reserve Rose. Dean has over 20 years of experience in the Champagne industry. Tickets are extremely limited.
