      Samoan born, Michael Meredith is one of New Zealand's most highly acclaimed chefs. He is mindful of how he sources his ingredients and believes there is innovation in simplicity.

      Less than a year old, Metita at SkyCity has had foodies buzzing with its brave style of marrying traditional Pacific dishes and flavours with Michael's cutting-edge style.

      This special Chef's Table event pulls together a unique combination of Pacific culinary talent from across SkyCity! Your chefs for the night are: 

      • Michael Meredith | Executive Chef and owner of Metita and Mr Morris | Samoa
      • Touvai Polonati | Executive Chef The Grill | Tonga
      • Patrick Ikinofo | Executive Chef of SkyCity Auckland | Niue

      The evening will include 4 courses, with matching wines.
