Hosted at the new Apostle factory, Mat & Lydia will guide you through the steps to make your very own hot sauce. You’ll get to taste a variety of fruits, vegetables, vinegars, chillies and spices as you craft your perfect flavour combination.

The team will provide you with all the necessary ingredients and guidance to produce your own unique sauce to take home.

Ticket includes: All ingredients and packaging for their sauce, as well as drinks and some catered food.
