Join Hawke's Bay Historian Michael Fowler for a tour of the Marine Parade from the Napier Conference Centre to the Soundshell.
Michael will take you back into time to when the Pacific Ocean waves crashed over the seawall and into the central business district. He will then reveal the development post-1931 earthquake. As a bonus, Michael will give a history of the historic buildings across the road.
Please check in at the Art Deco Centre at least 15 minutes prior to departure.
