Martinborough Vineyard is proud to present the sixth release of Marie Zelie Pinot Noir 2019, a rare and coveted fine wine carrying the hallmarks of Martinborough Vineyard’s pioneering style and impeccable reputation.

Join Winemaker Paul Mason for a four-course culinary feast by The Runholder Head Chef, Tim Smith, paired with Marie Zelie Pinot Noir 2019 alongside current & library Martinborough Vineyard wines. 

Only produced in outstanding vintages, the 2019 vintage marks only the sixth release of Marie Zelie in the past 20 years and the first since 2013. It is extremely limited in volume, with just five barrels selected resulting in only 1,471 coveted bottles. This wine will represent a strong proposition to connoisseurs considering it alongside its Burgundian counterparts, having already been awarded 98 Points by top US critic James Suckling.

This special not-to-be missed evening will delve into Martinborough Vineyard’s history and the heritage of local wine pioneer, Marie Zelie. Not only will you have the first taste of this newly released wine, but Paul has also selected rare wines from the Martinborough Vineyard library such as Marie Zelie Pinot Noir 2010, Manu Riesling 2016 & a 2018 Noble Riesling perfectly paired with a menu that celebrates the best Wairarapa produce.

Plus for those attending, you’ll have the chance to purchase Marie Zelie Pinot Noir 2019 by the bottle to take home.
