Set against the backdrop of the Great Depression in New York, "42nd Street" tells the story of Peggy, a small-town girl from middle America, attempting to make it big on Broadway. 

With her naive charm and raw talent, she stumbles into the chorus line of the biggest new show in town. But will her talent take her the distance? Can she navigate the challenges both on and off the stage?
