The Rodger Fox Big Band with one of the worlds’ pre-eminent jazz guitarists, USA artist Corey Christiansen. Together with internationally acclaimed pianist Matt Harris, trumpet player Clay Jenkins with vocalist Erna Ferry.

The Rodger Fox Big Band has played at the Montreux Jazz Festival, Monterey Jazz Festival, Manly Jazz Festival, Wichita Jazz Festival, and concerts in London, Singapore, Australia, Poland and the Jazz Education Network Conference in New Orleans in 2020 and 2024. Matt Harris on piano has written for and performed with the great Buddy Rich and Maynard Ferguson Bands.  Clay Jenkins joins them on trumpet after concerts with Joe LaBarbera’s Quintet and The Clayton/Hamilton Jazz Orchestra and guitarist Cory Christianson has played with Dr. Lonnie Smith, Danny Gottlieb, Jeff Coffin, James Moody, Steve Houghton, Jeremy Allen.

In true spirit and in acknowledgement of the late Rodger Fox, the Jazz Gala will be proceeding on Friday night with support from Bill Cunliffe and The Fullerton Big Band. It will be a great night to remember and celebrate.
