Intangible is a 45-minute Contemporary Dance show choreographed by emerging brand Jenire. Intangible explores the concept of past and present generations and the elements that connect them together even once they have passed on. As one's past souls guide them through life they begin to realise that maybe still being able to see and hear them isn’t quite so truthful. Through innovative choreography and powerful music, Jenire creates another thought provoking and emotional performance.

The five sections of Intangible,

Generations:
Follow one human and their past generations going about their day-to-day life and the similarities they share.

Inherited:
Explore the connection between the past and present and the characteristics/qualities that are
passed on down the line.

Depart:
As one of the pair passes on, they are pulled in by those before them. The other left behind
cannot accept the occurrence and believes to still see her loved ones who in her mind are
guiding her and supporting her through life.

Haunted:
Are the ghosts of the past really there to help guide her or are they taunting her by allowing her
to believe/see something that is not there.

Conscious:
Those of the past will forever live on in our hearts and our memories but life goes on and they
want you to live it to your fullest.

Jenire is evolving a unique style of dance aiming to transform passion into movement. Jenire focuses on the relationship between the intention of the work and how it is presented. Thus, offering an opportunity for both the performers and the audience to enter into an atmosphere of energy and leave with the intent of personal and social reflection.
