About us:
Red Fever are a rock band hailing from Auckland, New Zealand and were originally formed in 2020 at Northcote Intermediate School when members were only 12 years old. Current members consist of Jesse Scott (Guitarist and vocalist), Brayden Fitzgerald (lead vocalist), Luca Ninzigamiye (bass guitarist), Kaito Jones (drummer), and Sam Teague (Guitarist). When the time for college struck, it was a relief that the boys were all headed to Northcote College. The following years in college developed the friendship of members and the sound of their music to come. In 2023 Red Fever started writing their first original composition, ‘Headspins’. ‘Headspins’, a funky pop anthem. This proved to be a milestone for Red Fever. In 2023, Red Fever performed twice at Kaipatiki sounds and also made it through to the semi finals of Stand up Stand out. In 2024 the band entered Smoke Free Rockquest for the first time, making it to the Regional finals. Rockquest provided the opportunity to broaden the band's creative ability. This produced the song ‘Learn to Die’, which incorporates elements of blues and funk.
