      Whangarei writer Lauren Roche (Mila and the Bone Man) moderates a panel of Northland crime writers and asks what makes Northland such a good location for crime novels and TV crime series? Guests are Kerikeri author Cathrine Lea (The Water is Dead) whose latest novel Better Left Dead has just been released.

      Whangarei author Michael Botur (Moneyland, Crimechurch, Bloodalcohol) and Kawakawa journalist and author Angus Gillies, co-author of the book Far North, on which the recent TV Series Far North, about the largest failed drug import into New Zealand, was based.
