Meet the Kerikeri-based team behind the book Pav Deconstructed – Kathy Derrick, Jac Jenkins and Claire Gordon. With over 150 people contributing they discuss the book and all things to do with New Zealand's (and a few might argue Australia's) cultural icon. This session will also contain dramatic excerpts and skits from the book.
