Share a truly special family celebration meal at Hei, inspired by Michael Chan's upbringing in Guangzhou and his wife Shirley's upbringing in Hakka. It's a big, hard-working family and their gatherings are filled with laughter, stories and most importantly great food.
This four-course meal features a special duck dish exclusive to their family. It doesn't have a name, it's just always been on the menu.
Michael's iconic KC Cafe has been feeding Wellington bellies for 26 years and despite having 160 dishes on the menu, Michael still has more he wants to share. His new venture Hei extends his creativity and offers a more refined experience and during August, he wants to invite you into his home.
