Whether you're planning a romantic date, a fun night with a friend, or a family treat, Cheesy Lovers is the perfect hands-on event and your chance to craft, taste, and share the magic of artisan cheese together. Create two fresh cheeses from scratch, guided by our expert cheesemongers. Curdle, shape, and season your own cheeses, learning the art of fresh cheese-making step by step. Next put your creativity to the test by building a cheese platter, that will be enough to share—but whether you do is up to you! Using a curated selection of artisan cheeses, you’ll design a board that balances textures, flavours, and perfect pairings. An array of charcuterie, fruits, nuts, and condiments, along with expert tips on plating and pairing are provided to ensure your board is as stunning as it is delicious.
