Take a deep dive into the culinary power of the humble mushroom. At this mind blowing event Tom Millot will be changing the paradigm and making the mushroom the hero of every dish, he's asking you to change your perspective on something that is often seen as an accompaniment and make it shine. Mushrooms are extremely versatile and delicious and this event is all about pushing the limit and realising their full potential and appreciate the full glory of fungi. Think sourdough focaccia baked over charcoal with shiitake mushrooms and served with cheese foam, a seafood broth with fried and poached mushrooms, mushroom claypot, mushroom 'steak' with red wine jus and a white chocolate and mushroom cremeux to finish (menu subject to change).
Ticket includes 5 courses, tables are limited to 1.5 hours
