A night of unfamiliar flavours that will change your perceptions! 'Love the Unloved' is a degustation featuring ingredients you might have overlooked or maybe avoided, and classic dishes that you probably know, but perhaps don't love... yet! Nara's menu showcases local producers and each course will be paired spirit from local distillers Aurora Distillery. During the evening, Aurora will distill a new spirit made from foraged leftovers at Featherston Market—a truly 'unloved' drop that we know you'll love! Your ticket includes a six-course degustation with matching spirits for each course.
