      For one night only, experience a groundbreaking culinary collaboration between two leading Indian chefs: Varun Totlani of Mumbai’s Masque—India’s No.1 restaurant three years running and ranked 19th in Asia’s 50 Best—and Chef Chetan Pangam of Wellington’s award-winning One80° Restaurant, a two-time Burger Wellington champion and New Zealand Beef and Lamb Ambassador.

      This exclusive event brings together signature dishes from both chefs in a refined, multi-course tasting menu (5–8 courses), blending modern Indian cuisine with nostalgic flavours from their shared culinary heritage. Inspired by Chef Chetan’s recent travels to India and Chef Varun’s first visit to Aotearoa, the menu will take diners on a journey through India—intertwined with memories, personal stories, and a showcase of New Zealand’s incredible seasonal produce. Expect bold flavours, inventive technique, and a uniquely immersive dining experience, with optional wine pairings and a specially crafted cocktail available for purchase on the night.
