One pig. One night. A whole lot of nose-to-tail deliciousness. At this unique dining event, the team at Volco will break down a whole pig for a night of succulent tacos, making the most of every part of the animal and showcasing the often underrated cuts and more a sustainable eating approach. Ticket includes four tacos and pork crackling. The best bits of the pig will be reserved for an additional cost—like pigs ear salsa, tongue skewer, trotter jus and head croquettes. A range of wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks will be available all night.
