      Welcome to a poetic forest, where even the soil is queer. Our guide is Redwood, an award-winning spoken word poet weaving lyrical stories of queer love and gender beyond the binary.
       
      Set to a musical soundscape, this unflinchingly honest autobiographical odyssey in verse charts a personal and cultural evolution – from the messages we receive as children about how bodies should look / feel / interact, to the undulating quest for radical self-acceptance, authentic expression and love.
       
      How do we reclaim our belonging in this world? Intimate, political, vulnerable, humorous and earthy, In the Body invites audiences to explore together what it means to come home to who we truly are.
