For 100+ years, the global community has been celebrating International Women's Day. (IWD). Yet women have not reached full equity and equality despite their leadership of countries, businesses, and organisations.

In Kerikeri in Te Tai Tokerau, we have a fabulous opportunity on the actual IWD date, 8 March 2025, to look at our place in our nation of Aotearoa NZ and envision the leadership we wish to extend to other wahine, and onto diverse platforms that require our intuitive and intellectual thinking.

Dame Jenny Shipley, Ripeka Evans, Mere Mangu and Karleen Everitt, our dynamic speakers, will inspire new thinking and envisioning for women to lead into the future. Their words will invite collaboration, inspiration and empowerment of each other and of ourselves. Guests will depart feeling invigorated and renewed in their commitment to their personal growth, that of other women, and of our country.
