Pedal & Pour – A Ride Like No Other!

Join the mountain bike community for a day of fun, adventure, and challenge, proudly hosted by Carrick Winery in the stunning Bannockburn surrounds. Whether you're a seasoned rider or just looking for a relaxed day out, there’s a ride for everyone!

Every race starts and finishes in the Carrick Garden, where the atmosphere will be buzzing with support, laughter, and celebration. Spectators and competitors alike can soak in the good vibes with live DJ beats, delicious offerings from the Pedal & Pour Pizza Caravan, and, of course, the full range of Carrick wines flowing.

The Cromwell Mountain Bike Club will be on-site with an exciting obstacle course to help riders of all ages sharpen their skills, offering expert tips to boost your confidence on the trails.

So grab your bike, bring your family and friends, roll in with a great attitude, and don’t forget a picnic blanket. Pedal & Pour is set to be a fabulous day out!


Perfect for families with lit’lies! A 5km lap around the vineyards on dirt roads. Starting and finishing in the Carrick Garden. A great chance to encourage the young ones out for a ride in a relaxed environment. Hang around to enjoy pizza and a DJ afterwards. Cromwell MTB Club members will be on site at Carrick, to give some riding tips and tricks in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Spot prizes for participants, free family photos and a MTB skills training area are included.	A fun 10km lap to admire the breathtaking view. Bike along vineyard and farm tracks with some private sealed road. This is a rewarding ride for those who ‘dabble’ at the edges of mountain bike riding. Perfect for parents with competent bike riding kids or a group of friends keeping fit and fabulous. Spot prizes for participants! All adult tickets include a glass of wine and a light lunch.

Push yourself on 2x 11km laps through breathtaking landscapes—vineyards, private sealed roads, farm tracks, and epic single-track trails. If you love a challenge, this is your ride! Pick up the pace on lap two and use it as training for summer challenges coming up. Plus, every participant has a chance to win spot prizes! All adult tickets include a glass of wine and a light lunch.	Same incredible route, but at your own pace! Cruise through the stunning Bannockburn terrain and take it a little easier with an E-Bike option if you prefer a relaxed ride. Enjoy the journey, soak in the views, and still be in the running for spot prizes! All adult tickets include a glass of wine and a light lunch.
