Immerse yourself in A Plane Food Dining Experience

Experience Cathay Pacific’s premium inflight hospitality with a tray service, reimagined.

For four days only, you can be served a taste of exceptional Michelin-Starred Cantonese cuisine, with the craft and creativity of one of Auckland’s most considered dining spaces, The Nightcar - all brought to you by Cathay Pacific. 

The multicourse set menu has been designed by applauded Hong Kong Michelin-Starred restaurant, Yat Tung Heen, inspired by their top tier inflight collaboration with Cathay Pacific, and prepared using the best local ingredients. 

The set menu includes:

• Welcome cocktail, mocktail or sparkling tea on arrival
• Hot and sour seafood soup to start
• Tray service with a preserved plum infused fresh produce appetiser, your choice of stir-fried seafood and jade melon with XO sauce or braised beef brisket and tendon with chu hou sauce
• Finishing with Cantonese sugar puffs 

JING tea will also be available in the Tea Lounge post dinner. 

At just $60 a ticket, seats are limited across six sittings from Wednesday 29 April to Saturday 2 May.

Please note that seating within The Nightcar is fixed. Tables will be allocated based on booking size, and while we will do our best to accommodate groups, specific seating requests cannot be guaranteed.
