Expect refined plant-based interpretations of classic dishes from France, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Serbia, Bulgaria, and Turkey: German maultaschen, Viennese schnitzel, Hungarian langos, Serbian sarma, Bulgarian kashkaval, Turkish lokma. The atmosphere shifts with each course as live music carries the evening forward.
