The kitchen meets the office with the South African head chef WOLF and French business leader have come together through six courses that fuse their two cuisines and take you on a trip that starts in Paris and lands in Cape Town. Menus are styled as boarding passes, drinks menus as passports, and three exclusive cocktails reflect French and South African classics.

Start with shared biltong, then pumpkin and cinnamon macarons. A ratatouille crumble with goat cheese follows. The mains are the heart: slow-cooked Boeuf Bourguignon with a South African twist. French cheeses paired with South African relish and roosterkoek bridge the continents. A cardamom-infused crème brûlée topped with a traditional koeksister closes the night.
