In conjunction with Truffle Wine Imports, Noble Rot presents a premium degustation menu dedicated entirely to Grower Champagne. These are wines crafted by the families who farm their own vineyards and bottle under their own names, often in very limited quantities.

The evening unfolds over five courses, each paired exclusively with Grower Champagnes. Expect individuality, texture, and precision, with some bottles rarely seen beyond their cellar doors. These are wines shaped by site, season, and personal philosophy, offering a clear expression of place rather than a large-scale blended house style.

Throughout the evening, the Noble Rot sommelier team will guide each pour, exploring what sets grower producers apart and why their Champagnes have become some of the region’s most compelling, coveted and sought-after wines.

Your ticket includes an amuse bouche on arrival, five courses, and seven grower champagnes paired throughout the evening.
