The U.F.K team has got everything you need. Just pack your outfit and essentials – your tent and bedding will be waiting for you when you arrive. 

You can choose from two options:

Rent-a-tent & Gear

Early Entry Thursday ticket holders get the extra night included.

The U.F.K. team will be onsite all weekend to assist with any tent or gear issues.

Pre-Pitched Campsite

2 Person Package

• 1 x 2-person tent (pre-pitched for you)
• 2 x Single airbeds
• 2 x Sleeping bags
• 2 x Pillows
• 2 x Camping chairs

4 Person Package

• 1 x 4-person tent (pre-pitched for you)
• 4 x Single air matress
• 4 x Sleeping bag + liner
• 4 x Pillow + case
• 4 x Camping chair

Camp Location

Your campsite will be set up in the U.F.K field, located adjacent to Camp HQ - you’ll have easy access to food and coffee vendors, paid showers, loos, and the festival shuttle.

Rent-a-tent and Gear

What’s available: 

• Tents 
• Single air mattresses
• Sleeping bags + liners
• Pillows + cases
• Camping chairs 

How does it work?:

1. Pre-book your gear online.
2. On arrival, head to U.F.K Central at Camp HQ to pick it up and pay your refundable deposit.
3. Set up your camp.
4. At the end of the weekend, return gear to U.F.K Central for your deposit refund.

Important

• Refunds are made only to the original purchaser’s credit card.
• Refunds are at the discretion of the U.F.K. team.
• Normal festival wear and tear is fine. Willful damage or loss may forfeit your deposit.

Terms and Conditions:

• Deposit: A refundable deposit is required. It will be returned in full if all gear is returned on time and without willful damage.
• Use: Gear must be used responsibly and only for its intended purpose.
• Condition: Gear is provided in working order. Renter should inspect items upon receipt and report any issues.
• Damage/Loss: Renter is liable for any loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the deposit.

Splore 2026 Festival Terms

Splore Festival runs 20–22 February 2026.

If postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, tickets will remain valid for the new date (no refunds).
