Voices of Hope Live is a live version of what we do every day.

We bring people together to hear honest, lived experience stories of mental health challenges and hope.

This isn’t a seminar.

It’s not about having all the answers.

It’s about connection.

It’s about understanding.

It’s about creating a space where people feel a little less alone.

Throughout the evening, you’ll hear from a range of speakers sharing their own experiences in a way that is real, grounded, and human. Stories that reflect the complexity of mental health, but also the possibility of things shifting.

Our hope is that you leave feeling:

a little less alone,

a little more understood,

and with a sense of hope!

Whether you’re currently struggling, have been through your own challenges, or want to better understand and support the people around you, this space is for you.

You don’t need to have it all figured out to be here.

Just come as you are.

Arrival: Doors open at 6:00pm for a 6:30pm start - please do not arrive at the venue prior to this as early access will not be permitted.
