TradeQual Southland invites you to join us for an evening that celebrates the heart of our region - our skilled tradespeople.

This annual graduation dinner recognises

• The achievement of newly qualified trade graduates

• The employers who support on-the-job training and development

• Our industry training partners who help make it happen

TradeQual 2026 is not just a dinner - it's a night of pride, connection, and celebration.

The Evening
Enjoy a buffet meal and inspirational guest speaker William Pike, who will leave you feeling motivated and proud to be part of Southland's trades community. Certificates will be presented by the Mayors of Southland, Gore, and Invercargill, together with the Southland Business Chamber, on behalf of our business community. 

Graduate Eligibility
To be eligible to take part, graduates must:

• Graduated within the current year of presentation (January – December 2025)
• Graduated in past (September 2023 – December 2024) *whilst event was paused for governments future plans
• NZQA Level 4 Qualification or an equivalent recognised qualification
• Be currently working with a Southland employer
