AN EVENING WITH MOZART

Opus Orchestra will be joined by Tauranga choir Scholars Baroque to perform Mozart’s much-loved Requiem. The programme will also feature Opus concertmaster, Lara Hall, performing Mozart’s Violin Concerto in A Major and a new commission by Janet Jennings - Mindscape - written especially for this programme.  An Evening with Mozart is dedicated to the late Bill Taylor who donated a set of basset horns which will be played in this concert. Conductor Peter Walls, with soloists Lara Hall (Violin), Jayne Tankersley (Soprano), Kristin Darragh (Alto), Andrew Grenon (Tenor) and Chalium Poppy (Bass).
