Path of Miracles

Path of Miracles is an hour-long work for unaccompanied choir that describes the centuries-old pilgrimage across northern Spain, the Camino de Santiago. Written by contemporary British composer Joby Talbot for 17 separate vocal parts in a fusion of mediaeval and modern styles, Path of Miracles has been lauded by critics everywhere and hailed as perhaps the finest choral work of the 21st century to date.

Auckland chamber choir Viva Voce was proud to give the Southern Hemisphere premiere of ‘Path’ back in 2016 and then toured the work to Napier and Wellington in 2017. We’re now delighted to revive our pilgrimage as we head to Hamilton then Auckland, Dunedin, Timaru and Christchurch.

      Oh no!

Looks like we don't have any events for Path of Miracles on at the moment.
