Learn cake icing and decorating techniques; using a real cake you will layer, fill, fondant ice then create sugarcraft decorations
to adorn your cake. During the hands on workshop you will pick up tips and tricks from an accomplished pastry chef with nine years’ experience.
Join Tanya from Decorada for a four hour class and decorate to your hearts content as she takes you through all of the steps, sharing insight as she goes.
Take your finished cake home with you.
